Maureen Duffy, Ph.D. is a consultant and practicing family therapist specializing in workplace and school mobbing and bullying issues. She is the co-author of Overcoming Mobbing: A Recovery Guide for Workplace Aggression and Bullying and Mobbing: Causes, Consequences, and Solutions, both published by Oxford University Press. Her work in the area of social justice includes multiple articles, book chapters, and national and international presentations on mobbing, ethics, and restorative justice. She is an Affiliate with the Qualitative Research Graduate Program at Nova Southeastern University, an editor at The Qualitative Report, and serves on the editorial boards of several major family therapy journals.

Len Sperry, M.D., Ph.D. is Professor of Mental Health Counseling at Florida Atlantic University and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where for years he directed the division of Organizational Psychiatry and consulted widely to professional organizations and Fortune 500 corporations. He has published broadly on workplace issues, including six books on leadership and organizational dynamics, articles and book chapters on workplace violence and mobbing, and was guest editor for special journal issues on "Aggression in the Workplace" and "Workplace Mobbing and Bullying." He is the co-author of Overcoming Mobbing: A Recovery Guide for Workplace Aggression and Bullying and Mobbing: Causes, Consequences, and Solutions, both published by Oxford University Press.
