Marcia Reynolds, Psy.D.

Marcia Reynolds, Psy.D., coaches top-talent women and speaks globally on emotional intellligence and leading while everything is changing. She understands organizational cultures, what blocks communication and innovation, and what is needed to bring people together for better results. She has expertise in working with both high-achievers who need a "thinking partner" to sort out their decisions and relationships and with leaders who need to engage top talent completely and consistently. Her well-honed coaching perspective adds a keen strategic viewpoint to the issues her clients encounter.

Marcia's doctoral degree is in organizational psychology with a research emphasis in high-achieving women in the workplace. In addition to her bestseller, Wander Woman: How High-Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction, she authored Outsmart Your Brain and has been quoted in many publications including Harvard Management Review, Psychology Today, and The New York Times, and has appeared on ABC World News.

Marcia is also a pioneer in the coaching profession and was the 5th president of the International Coach Federation. She was one of the first 25 people in the world to earn the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC). For more information, contact Dr. Reynolds at and read more about her programs at
