Laurence Stybel, Ed.D., C.M.F.

Laurence Stybel Ed.D., C.M.F., is an entrepreneur, CEO, Board member, consultant, and teacher. He received his doctorate in organization behavior from Harvard University and is a licensed psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Areas of expertise include retained search, corporate governance, and developing leadership potential.  Larry is one of 122 professionals from 21 countries who have been awarded the designation "Career Management Fellow" by the only global nonprofit that uses three levels of peer review to define excellence in all aspects of career/leadership management.  www.careercertification.org. In 1979, he co-founded what was to become Stybel Peabody Lincolnshire, an Arbora Global Company.

As a Board member, he serves on the Board of a venture backed technology company in the SaaS space and is on the Board of a company that provides talent for private equity firms.  He was previously on the Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (New England Chapter) and the National Human Resource Association.
