John E. Portmann, Ph.D.

John Portmann studied philosophy at Yale and Cambridge. His work has been reviewed in the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Wall Street Journal. He has been interviewed on national public radio stations in Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States. He teaches moral history, cultural Christianity, and Catholic Studies at the University of Virginia.
