Jennifer L. Harris, Ph.D., M.B.A., is at the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity at Yale University. She received a B.A. from Northwestern University, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Yale University. Her research applies psychological theory to examine the influences of food marketing on young people’s health-related behaviors and beliefs. Her experience as a marketing executive and consultant for eighteen years and raising two children has greatly informed her work.
