David DeSteno, Ph.D.
David DeSteno, Ph.D., completed his Ph.D. in social psychology at Yale. Currently, he is Associate Professor of Psychology at Northeastern University and editor of the American Psychological Association journal Emotion. His research examines the impact of emotion on decision-making and social behavior and has been repeatedly funded by the National Science Foundation. He is co-author of the book Out of Character: Surprising Truths About the Liar, Cheat, Sinner (and Saint) Lurking in All of Us.
