Daniel R. Hawes

Daniel Hawes

I'm a PhD student at the University of Minnesota's Department of Applied Economics. My research involves game theory, decision making theory, and the cognitive neuroscience of personality and decision making. Together these interests combine to what these days is called neuroeconomics. By that account I am an aspiring neuroeconomist.
Other things I am passionate about include science communication, and also the philosophy of science more generally. You'll find many of these interests of mine reflected in my blog posts.
