Cynthia Thaik, M.D., is a Harvard trained physician and currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine; she is also the Co-Director of the Women’s Cardiac Risk Screening Program at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center.
Dr. Thaik believes that individuals have an amazing potential to heal themselves. On a mission to shift the medical paradigm from crisis management to wellness, she has helped thousands take purposeful action to transform their health through the way they think, feel, and act. She teaches that to achieve a vibrant heart, one needs to care for not only the physical heart, but also the emotional, mental, and spiritual heart. In doing so, one will obtain a Vibrant Heart filled with energy, vibrancy, life, love, hope, happiness, vitality, strength, and spirit.
