We seem to be curiously divided on our national holiday of Thanksgiving. Is it a day of rest, great food, and gratitude, or a stressful obligation that requires advanced coping skills? Maybe the battle of these two Thanksgivings is really between dueling attitudes and mindsets, not dueling relatives around the dining room table.


Love is the most profound emotion known to human beings. For most people, romantic relationships are the most meaningful element in their lives. But the ability to have a healthy, loving relationship is not innate.
