Wow, reading it and seeing all the foods you write about appear in my head is tough. I am 34 and have binged since age 7. I have been in therapy for yrs. I have dealt with so many of my issues and managed to stop all bad behaviors (cutting, burning, sex w strangers, drugs, lies, stealing, etc) but I am still binging on foods. I feel as if I can't (or maybe don't want) to give it up. I hate it because I am over 400 lbs, but I love what I feel like before and during a binge. Anyone relate? Email me if you'd like to talk. heid20@aol.com Thanks, Heidi
