When you have teens, you have power struggles. But what happens when those power struggles manifest themselves in an eating disorder? Read More

This is such an important
This is such an important issue that every parent should be aware of. I agree that keeping an open line of communication between parents and teens is difficult, but integral to their development and growth. This is especially true when it comes to eating disorders. For any parents out there looking for more resources, I'd recommend checking out the following link. http://onlineceucredit.com/edu/teens-eating-disorder-eda
Prevention is better than cure
Yes I totally agree with you. Children in fact when in their early development growth phase have many issues related to various eating disorders which should be treated at the earliest.
Parents should spend more time with children understanding their problems and behavior.

Eating habit
Thank you Bonnie Williams and shawn mentor for your discussion.I also agree with that but teens are mostly conveniences by new things and techniques.Do you herd about Energy for Eating program? It's such a program that will give you which plant-based raw foods give the best nutritional value, and the diet advice is balanced and sound, so you won’t be lacking any of the essentials. It’s interesting that many diseases such as heart disease, that are directly linked to diet, don’t occur nearly as often in third world countries where processed foods are not easily available.I think it will be helpful for teens if they follow this.
