What Fat Women Want

Wanting to be thin is only part of the story.

Where to Find Kindness from Strangers

The representative I spoke to gave me unexpected peace of mind.

I've been writing about my mother's rapidly declining health recently.  This week we needed to make some painful decisions about where she will be best taken care of in the short term before we can move my parents into assisted living near family.

Two websites were not only free (they receive payment from the facility one chooses to enroll someone in), have broad resources, and get the word out to their clients immediately, but they showed genuine care in helping us out, offering financial information and options, explanations of terms, and a knowledge of the Phoenix area.

If you are looking for help in deciphering a most difficult and painful decision, representitives will call you and spend the time needed to strategize.  The representatives I spoke to gave me unexpected peace of mind.
