Star-gazer or navel-gazer? It's not either/ or, but patterns and tendencies - explore the activities at the end of this blog to see yours.

Gaze Raising
I tend to lower my gaze often because of anxiety but after reading your article I realize that perhaps I really should raise my eyes. I wasn't the one to appreciate eye-contact before, but because of the benefits you have described, I now avoid them less.
Gaze Raising
Hi Mika-
I'm glad to know that you found my ideas helpful. You have important insights that your eye behaviors are linked to anxiety. This itself is such useful knowledge.
Please continue to check this blog -- I will often be discussing stress and eye habits. All is takes to shift our vision is to begin to notice patterns, as you have done.
There are not only real psychological benefits, but physical, too. I'll be posting about them soon.
Regards,
Shelagh
