I have an online friend who is very mindful of anniversary dates as he has lot three children. He sometimes will try to have his family go away to help. He also posts at his blog around anniversary dates and may receive community support there from comments. If you want to check out his blog, it is at ethesis.blogspot.com. I don't think specific dates are triggers for me but maybe I should watch for cues more.

Dates are not always triggers....but it might not be a bad idea to see how you feel before, during and after a "marked" event. Thanks for sharing.
