Size 10
I would have thought that size 10 is a normal, healthy size? I'm afraid you are just enabling the self-hatred and distorted body image of this woman if you render her help to pursue airbrushed Hollywood "perfaketion"...
In order to have more energy, I think starving is not the route.

Sue needs to lose more weight for health reasons. If you've been reading my blog, you know that my definition of "ideal weight" is very different from everyone else's. It's the weight you are maintaining when you're eating a very healthy diet you can--and want to--keep up for life.
