Is it good to be much harder on yourself than you are on others?
To me as a linguist, fascism means a trait of an outside body, group of people, government. Speaking about self-facism sounds like speaking about self-communism. A word that describes a group is suddenly applied to a single individual - does not work. Sterness, strictness, demanding would be more descriptive words.
Leave fascism to history and WWII.
