What a fun article! For candy lovers like me--Smarties & Sourjuice Berries are my faves--this sure makes my Halloween day!! As a wellness advocate, I would throw extra caution to the advice about having it 'daily'; people are always looking for a way to excuse bad habits! And make sure to brush well & floss daily!!
