The balance can tip both ways
As a developer, I am at my computer pretty much all day when at work. This allows my spouse, parents and friends to talk with me during the work day. In a sense this is the family side of the equation invading the land of work.
I also happen to love what I do, so even when I am at home, work tends to trot into my mind. My wife is a Professor of Org. Psychology, so she is very familiar with this situation and tends to let work and family intermingle as much as I do. This has been further complicated by us creating a web business together.
Now where do you draw the line?
