The Intricacy of a Woman

Women have to be better than men just to compete

A woman's role has evolved immensely. Today the delicate balance must be struck between being a woman, behaving like a lady and too often, having to think like a man. Most women have to struggle with their greatest adversary daily, their mind. She must brave the winds of insecurity and competitiveness almost daily. In her academic and vocational environment if she is too aggressive, smart or competent she must grapple with the forged labels of bossy or other non-flattering words. If she displays superior intellectual, mental or athletic prowess her femininity is questioned.

The mere mention of the title denotes a wordy and involved dissertation. The fact is depending on what continent you live, the intricacy of a woman's psyche is based on one word, security. This is not to minimize in the least the extreme complexities that constitute a woman's physiological makeup. After all, these magnificent specimens are engineered to be the cradle of life's inception.

If you are looking to invest in one of the world's most exclusive diamonds such as a 4K Princess Ideal-Ideal cut you would have to make appropriate accommodations for its security. This is not the kind of acquisition you store in your velvet lined jewelry box purchased from Target.  The same forethought was employed by God when He made His investment in Eve. All the elements of creation had its name and were in place to accommodate her arrival. Her primary need for security was satisfied by the provision of covering from all the elements by man under the shadow of the almighty. Woman was not created to provide, she was created to be provided for.

The nostrils of a woman are constantly tortured by the recurring stench of double standards that plague her world. A woman always has to exceed all the highest expectations just to be considered mans contender. The turbines of her mind must always turn just to stay ahead of mans incessant game of stares, jeers and his wares. This lends itself to her desperate need for authenticity.

A woman has to pretend so much that it hurts my head just to think about it. It is so obvious when a man has not yet reached manhood but so difficult for a woman to come to terms with her inability to manage her womanhood.  A woman has a dense and intricate design so therefore it is easier to hide her flaws. Here's the double standard; the transmission flaws of a diesel engine in a tractor trailer are easier to hide than the precision tuned engine of a Bugatti Veyron. That diesel engine can just tug and jerk and it's called character but the moment a CD skips in the Bugatti's stereo it's time to have it checked out. Sound familiar?

So who helps a woman to manage her womanhood like a lady when she is fed up with life treating her like she's a little girl? There is a Jewish carpenter born without an earthly father who grew up in a blended family by the name of Jesus. He said in Matthew 11:28 "Come unto me all you who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest". Jesus wants to give you peace and a change of heart. He wants you to come to Him as naked and transparent as you came into this world.

It was never His desire for you to carry the burdens you have. Even though life and its people have let you down, He is not mankind He is God. He wants to provide for you the same way He provided for Eve. Even though you may not have had the best parental covering as a child. Jesus loves you enough to mentor you Himself. Will you let Him? Dare to ask Him to change your eyeglass prescription to His perspective, so that you can now see everything and everyone through His eyes. You will soon find that life no longer beats on you, but your heart beating in unison with His. You are an Ideal-Ideal precious specimen of God.
