you know what i haven't had in a while?
unfortunetly for me functional integration was an integral function of that idea. daydreaming has always been the thing i am best at and enjoy most. however utilizing that is something that i never learned. i think that is what our teachers were afraid of.
Daydreaming ... a requirement for grade school.
I believe daydreaming should be a required class all through grade school. In truth it is the doorway to creativity and if presented with mindfulness will become a skill which allows the participant to transcend mere knowledge and enter the realm of wisdom. Cultivating wisdom should really be purpose of a human beings 'education'.
Intentional Daydreaming
I too believe that cultivating ones imagination should be a class taught in schools. Daydreaming is a natural process which we all instinctively do; it is not difficult to learn to do it intentionally, and the benefits are great.
