Jealousy and obsession are 2 of the most difficult and challenging issues that come up for the women I talk to and write for - it's not the emotions themselves - I teach that the way out of falling into jealousy and obsession is to FEEL the feelings instead of trying to talk yourself out of them. But it's the focusing of energy on the feelings that feel BAD when you feel them that balloons everything, takes over your conscious, waking life and often your sleeping one, too.
