Using photographs to inspire goals

Really interesting stuff Craig, thanks for sharing.

We've found it really helpful to use photographs to engage people with goals (amongst other things). The strengths cards from www.atmybest.com were designed for just that kind of activity - would be great to get some research on the difference they make too.
