Naps can be the best addition to the day or they can make you feel more tired than you started out. This is a helpful article giving tips on napping in a way that makes you feel better. As it states, a short power nap can be a great way to accumulate a boost of energy during midday. Longer naps can tend to cause grogginess when you fall into a deep sleep. If you feel the need to take long naps all of the time, this could be rooted from a bigger problem such as sleep deprivation. Sleep Deprivation is a problem that many suffer from and may not even know. It is important to pay attention to your sleep habits. If a quick nap during the day will provide that extra shot of energy you need, then nap away!
