According to the recent PISA tests, The United States did indeed finish below averager on both math and reading scores.

But there's another country that did even worse than the USA in both areas: Sweden. "You could look it up," as Casey Stengel would say.

So, the socialist European model you admire so much evidently produces even dumber kids than American schools do.
