Coping with Boredom At Work
If one finds that the job he or she is doing boring, they need to find another job that they are comfortable with.
Boredom at work
The ideas the author in this article suggest are pratical, but easier said than done. For example, I currently find my job extremely boring to the point where is becoming difficult for me to get up in the morning. I believe the main reasons for this is one, I have being doing the same job for over 10yrs now and the other is having a career that I am not passionate about. However, I am taking the necessary steps to fix this problem. I am in school finishing up my BA and plan to continue to further my education up to grad school. I will then be in a career field of my choice, where I will be challenged and motivated everyday. Simply put, if you find yourself constantly bored at work, either follow the advise in this article or find what it is you enjoy doing or are good at and then take the steps needed towards that goal. Then again, if the job pays very well sometimes thats enough to get you out of bed everyday.
