Dancing, Therapy for the World!

Great article! Internet fame or not, Matthew Harding's video is just too cool and inspiring. The point is dancing is the worlds universal language. Every culture has dancing at its core.

We dance as babies in our mother’s womb, we were born to dance regardless of whether we have rhythm or not. Its movement of the body with a beat in our head or in our ears and the physical and emotional benefits like those you have mentioned in this article are enormous. Sufis

I guess Sufis have been on to these things for a long time. I don't know a great deal about Sufism, but from what I understand, it's a mystical branch of Islam to which dance it central.
