Here is the very simple way I conquered the clutter.

I decided that everytime I entered a room I would leave it cleaner or less cluttered than before I entered. It doesn't matter how small a thing I do. It could be putting away one cup, anything counts no matter how small.

Gradually I started noticed the whole house was getting cleaner and less cluttered. And it took no big effort. Now if I could just get my son to play along? Oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day, right?
