The Happiness Project

A chronicle of my attempts to test-drive every tip, principle and scientific study that promotes happiness.

Did You Read The Happiness Project as an E-Book? Or Listen to the Audio Book?

I wanted to dream up something similar

Mailingaletter

For some time now, I've been offering to send free, personalized bookplates to anyone who wants them.

But I know that many readers don't really have a use for a bookplate, because they read the e-version or listened to the audio version, and I wanted to dream up something similar to offer to those folks.

At last, I have something! I've made signature cards -- on one side is a list of my favorite Paradoxes of Happiness, and on the other side is a place where I can personalize and sign the card for you.

So, if you'd like to ask for either (or both), email me at gretchenrubin1 at gmail dot com. Just be sure to note whether you'd like a bookplate or a signature card. I'll mail them anywhere in the world, and feel free to ask for as many as you'd like.

Search for a mental health professional near you.

If you'd like them for Mother's Day (May 8 in the U.S.), please send your request soon, so I have enough time to mail them to you.
