Pure joy is real hapiness
I hate the word happiness.It did not give us real satisfaction, happiness is vague term, you could not define it properly.
Pure joy is real term to understand man is happy or not, I want add with pure joy a self-satisfaction.
Pure joy and self-satisfaction is arise only when you do some purposeful work. When Iam writing on some difficult subject,or clim some mountain peak I myself first fully concntrate to my aim,use my entire engery to achive my aim, first i feel favourable stress that one is essental Iam trying my best every moment to achieve that.when I achieve my aim I feel pure joy and self -satisfaction . That I think real definatiton of happiness.
Happiness anyway !
You will never be happier than you expect. To change your happiness, change your expectation.
