I wonder if this is why so

I wonder if this is why so many people in my generation are cynical and pessimistic when it comes to society at large, pretty much expecting everyone to be out for themselves while wishing that it could be different.

Is it just a minority of people who wish that everyone had more character, more integrity? Or is it actually the majority, but because of how they perceive everyone else, they feel they have to focus on money or be left behind / outdone / unable to compete?

I wish everyone would focus a lot more on why their job exists and what purpose it serves society, rather than behaving selfishly in greed.

Wanting to be a Professional Blogger

So long as you put out good content then it shouldn’t matter whether it’s for money. Blogs in general are free to read so the reader is already ahead of the game I think. And probably most of us who have made a few dollars still aren’t making much of an hourly wage when you look at how much time goes into a quality site (I hope people think mine is quality).
