I made this resolution 9 years ago and we are still having soup about 3 times a week during the winter. We converted that wish to salads for the spring summer. My children are happy to see salad season start after months of soups, and then happy to see the soups come back after months of mostly raw vegetable in salads. This wish has come a few years after my decision to make my own crust (for quiches, I am French, and pies). Since then, I have discovered many vegetable, the making of yogurt, crème fraiche, and raw milk, local farms with their meat and eggs, my awesome CSA, small business that keep me safe from plastic, and great bloggers who inspire me everyday.
