What Does It Mean To Be Mentally Healthy?
Thank you for this article. It certainly resonated well with me. Too often, in my view, people strive and strive to get better but have not really thought about what better means to them.
Recently, I have read a number of articles that discuss a process used to describe what a consumer means by "recovery." What is troublesome for me is the number of times I have started with a new therapist who does not see the necessity of a mutually formulated treatment plan. Even some of those who did formulate a treatment plan did not review it regularly to include any revisions deemed necessary.
In any event, I really do appreciate your thoughts.
