Improving people skills

The Moodometer
It's all so true. If only one could just go and buy a "moodometer". Would come handy not only with the boss :) I think Taylor's blog, as well as her Terrible Office Tyrant book, help to deal with people in general - many of us behave like "tyrants" at times.

I especially like the advice on anticipation and avoidance. If you don't rush and be patient, you can avoid all that moody tyrant unpleasantness. Good article!
