Good ways to prevent stress on children

I agree that it is good to prepare your children on ways to reduce stress for future adult situations. All of the points listed are relevant to how to approach your child. Make it easy for your daughter or son to approach you to gain this information.

Approachability.

One way for parents to make themselves approachable on this topic is for them to share their own stresses and how they have learned to manage them. There are no easy choices and solutions when it comes to tough problems, and stress is a tough problem.
