Are you a person who is very distressed because of the actions of your adult child or children, whether they abuse substances, mistreat their children, constantly ask you for money or exhibit other seriously problematic behavior? Do you wonder if maybe it was something you did, or failed to do, when they were children that caused this behavior now? I am an author writing a book and seeking individuals to respond to my questionnaire for the parents of adult children whose children's behavior is upsetting, baffling or even criminal. It's important to understand that I will not use the real names of any person if I allude to information gained from questionnaires. It doesn't matter if you are okay with having your real name used-I'm not.
