Working late night

I'm a shift worker and I often have to switch my working hours. This has dramatically affected my sleep pattern and cause sleep problems . I can hardly sleep at peace due to this.

I am in the casino industry. The shifts that we work are based on customer and casino needs. Typically I work 10 pm to 6 am. I find that on my day off, even though I sleep until 3 pm, I am tired and falling asleep on the couch around 10 pm. And usually I can sleep in the next day until Noon or later. I often joke that it would be worthwhile to work 7 days a week in order to maintain my sleep patterns.
