Apologies for the light blogging of late. Since our book came out (July 2nd in the U.S./Canada and August 2nd in Australia/New Zealand — Australian cover at left), I've been pretty overwhelmed with media (Hello midnight radio listeners in St. Louis!). I haven't forgotten those four remaining free book winners. I'll get your questions up and your books in the mail ASAP. Promise.
