Evidence Dismissal
Although Health Management is clearly superior to Disease Treatment, I would really like to see medical claims be based on evidence and not just on positive thinking and daring claims. Although he advocates many things for which there is ample medical evidence, his books recommend massive Vit D, homeopath treatments, and (my favorite) hypnotherapy for lupus!
Health Management to my mind would be more in line with good vaccination, early and frequent disease screening, good public sanitation systems, sensible diets, exercise, and reasonable sleep habits. I could be just saying this is the Way To Health. But, unlike Andrew, these suggestions come with considerable scientific support.
