What i really found interesting

you're 3 pronged approach was very interesting and I'm sure that it is very helpful to those who suffer from repeat anxiety. However what i found to be most interesting was the transdiagnostic effect. It proves that one should directly approach a problem rather than try and simply tolerate it.
