Ah, metaphysics!

The other day I went to a talk about the fall and revival of metaphysics, given by Sebastian Kolodziejczyk at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. ...begins with Kant's observation that our perceptions and ideas (in general, our intuitions) are not strongly coupled to reality, but get herded in the direction of reality by activities like disciplined logical thought and the scientific method. Metaphics ann the Study of Humanity

Metaphysics has not run it's course. If maybe lacking as the leader in today's time because we have lost the ability to look at the concepts, functionality of patterns and the the world has very limited lenses in which to think. Just look at our establishment and coprperations. Concepts are the foundations, values, morals and the questions that guide us in all realmms of life and what we believe in. This article is written by someone who cannot grasp the concepts of Metaphysics or of Quantumphysics and Mechanics. With out understanding concepts, then applying them, we no longer do we have dreamsers or visionaries. Is this a said state of affairs for the world and ultimate;y the fall od the United States.
