Savor each moment

Be present with the upsetting thoughts of others suffering, observe the thoughts as they are, thoughts, and be present with the feeling it brings. You might find that the ego's grasp of comparison of your good fortunes and someone else's suffering the true illusion to happiness. The truth of being present knows through the heart and the wholeness of each being is shared without the mind identifying and assuming things are bad for others.
