Mind mapping software

Great post!

One of the great attributes of mind maps is the ability to see the large picture and the connections, and yet not lose sight of details. By having everything in one map, one can delete redundancies, identify gaps, and, often, create new ideas and associations, to get it all to make sense together.

Dr. Kumar mentioned that “many websites explain mind mapping and offer software tools to help create mind maps.” Here are some of the most popular to get started:

Also check out http://www.biggerplate.com, a mind map sharing portal with over 25,000 members and 230,000 maps.

Real life proof

I had a severe accident in my final year at Secondary school in 1986 that left me in a coma for 7-months. I've since gone on to achieve 6 full tertiary studies in the Psychological-field. If my speech-therapist never taught me how to do mind maps, I doubt that I would have been able to finish secondary school!

Excellent! Thanks for sharing
