Hi,

Nice post. Gratitude is essential as it trains your focus. As a Positive and Clinical Psychologist, I recommend the technique all the time. You always have a choice on what to focus on and therefore, what to feel. I wrote down at least 3 things I was grateful for each day for 15 months and it was a very worthwhile exercise :)
