Questions naturally boost dopamine levels, which is great for an ADD'er. That engages a person with ADD, keeps them in the game. Today's post is simple, to the point and I'll ask you these questions about this topic for consideration:
1. What will be the outcome if you asked three questions that you normally wouldn't with a significant person in your life (eg: wife, boyfriend etc.)?
2. How would a business relationship you were involved in be different if you ask two questions about something you didn't understand?
3. What would happen if you communicated with 2 people this week that you did not know and asked them each a thought provoking question?
Ask away, I can tell you first hand..... when I ask questions I engage a lot more than if not, I focus and learn a lot too. Funny how that works, ask a question and you just might learn something ;)
