One thing I know that has worked for me in winning my battle against ADD, is being open to change, and adapting. It's easy to be open to change for many, however adapting to it is where the challenge lies. For an ADD'er, a strategy is required to transition through change. Strategies I have found to be successful are capturing ideas and planning steps down on paper, scheduling tasks or follow ups, trying to look at things differently or from the perspective of others.
