Hi Keith,

My name is Cesar and I live in Panama, Central America. Im really shocked with this very sad news about john jimenez death. I didnt meet the guy but ive seen his story and just wrote an email to him a couple of minutes ago without knowing he cant answer it back...incredible. Came across with your blog when i did a google search of john. Im going to start a weight loss program, i need to loose 125 pounds of fat, I just need to, and I'll use john's story for inspiration.

My dear friend Keith,

This is the first time that I have come across this. This is incredible and quick frankly I had shivers running up my arms reading this. I can remember that day in the gym like it was yesterday, you running your hand over the picture, us having a the discussion and the rest you know. Its strange coming across this article today because I have been thinking about that day. When I get back lets grab dinner and reminisce over the amazing moments we have shared with John.

I miss you and I hope life is great back at home.
