Thank you for addressing this

Thank you for addressing this terrible situation with the Miami Dolphins NFL player. I had been following this situation in the news and was very happy to know that this very common and historic behavior in sports, not to mention most other organizations, captured the public eye and an actual investigation was conducted. Your deconstructing of what the investigation did "right" will surely lend itself to other organizations taking appropriate action toward a target and not the typical blame mentality that is associated with workplace abuse. I especially think your comment, "It’s not personal weakness—it’s how trauma and abuse get inscribed in the brain and physiology of a victim and then get reactivated in the face of new abuse," clarifies the breadth and scope of the disease and not the target.
