Tai Chi

Like with any real treatment meant to have lasting real change, Tai Chi needs to be done consistantly in order to reap full benefits. Like with meds, if you only play here or there then you will not build up the levels you need to truly help. Also, having a qualified teacher who has done more than a weekend certifcation is a benefit. I have practiced Tai Chi and Internal Arts for many years, I teach, and I still am learning new things all the time. Every day, even if I have played the same movement a million times, I will figure something new out. Intermittent practice produces, at best, intermittent results
