chronic pain
I suffer from r.a. and what I have noticed is that when it is about to rain, the pain is unbearable. I think there is a connection with the humidity in the atmosphere, but I am not very well informed about it. It has been my personal experience. The more humidity there is the more pain I experience, and once it rains the pain reduces.
My question is if there is a cream or medicine? that protects the skin, the tissues, the muscles, the tendons and the joints from the humidity but that it does not give severe side effects as I developed a skin rush due to the medicines which I could not tolerate.
Now I control the pain with raja yoga meditation, the balance of activities standing, moving and seating - no overdoing things - the food and positive thinking. Of course I learnt to live with that pain all the time by accepting it as well.
Of course a topic pain killer from time to time would be great.
