this book
As founder/director of a national non-profit dedicated to changing the public perception of DID, we couldn't be happier with Sounds Like Crazy. This book shows DID in its true form and not exploited or sensationalized for profits. Shanah deserves to be acknowledged for taking the time to get it right!

Check out the web site http://www.DianeLavett.com. It describes a book, A Still, Small Voice: Healing from Abuse, where events that lead to dissociation are clearly demonstrated. It also describes a path to healing from it, "to make the dissociation stop."
